About Regent Roofing

Roofer Based in Bromsgrove

Regent Roofing is an owner-run roofing business in Burcot, on the edge of Bromsgrove. Jobs run from a single slipped tile or a weathered chimney stack to a complete re-roof, a new EPDM or GRP flat roof, or a fresh uPVC roofline with new guttering.

Each price follows a look at the roof itself, so you pay for the work your roof needs rather than a guess made over the phone.

FAQs

Common Roofing Questions

Which Areas of Worcestershire Do You Cover?

Regent Roofing is based in Burcot, just outside Bromsgrove, and covers Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Malvern, Evesham, Droitwich Spa, Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley and Pershore. If you live between these towns, call 0800 151 2875 to check.

Can You Help with an Emergency Roof Leak?

Yes. Call 0800 151 2875 and describe what is happening. The first priority is stopping more water getting in; once the roof is safe, the cause is traced and the permanent repair is quoted.

What Is the Difference Between EPDM & GRP Flat Roofs?

EPDM is synthetic rubber supplied as one large sheet, so a typical extension or garage roof has few or no joints, and it copes well with movement. GRP is fibreglass matting set in resin and sealed with a hard topcoat, giving a rigid, joint-free finish that takes foot traffic and awkward shapes. Regent Roofing fits both, using Rubbercover EPDM and Cure It GRP.

Is It Better to Repair My Roof or Replace It?

When the tiles, battens and underlay are mostly sound, repairing the damaged area is usually the sensible choice. Leaks that keep returning in different places, widespread slipped or cracked tiles and a perished underlay point towards a new roof. Seeing the roof is the only reliable way to tell which applies.

Can You Replace Wooden Fascias with uPVC?

Yes. Rotten or flaking timber fascias, soffits and bargeboards are replaced with Freefoam uPVC roofline, and new guttering and downpipes usually go up alongside them for a matching finish.

What Chimney Repairs Do You Carry Out?

Repointing loose or eroded mortar joints, renewing the cement flaunching around the pots, refitting or replacing pots, and replacing cracked or lifting lead flashings at the base of the stack.

How Do I Get a Quote?

Ring 0800 151 2875 or email [email protected], giving your postcode and a line or two about the job. The roof is then seen in person before any price is set.
